Overview
Legal Wealth is built around a simple conviction: that wealth planning, mobility and regulated business should be built on compliance, not around it. The investment migration and financial services sectors have changed rapidly, with tighter due diligence, automatic exchange of tax information and greater scrutiny from regulators and banks. We believe this is good for clients. Plans that are transparent and well documented are the plans that last.
We work across three connected areas. For private clients, we advise on residence and citizenship by investment, relocation, education and the wider cross-border planning that goes with them. For businesses, we support licensing for electronic money institutions, payment services, crypto-asset service providers, forex and banking activity, alongside company formation and bank account opening. For public authorities, we offer advisory support on designing compliant investment migration and fintech frameworks.
Every engagement is bespoke. We begin by understanding the client's objectives and constraints, set out the options and their trade-offs clearly, and agree a written scope before work begins. Where formal tax or legal opinions are required, we coordinate with licensed advisers in the relevant jurisdictions, whether the client's own or independent professionals they appoint.
We serve clients in 21 languages, and we are reachable by email at info@legalwealthglobal.com. Initial enquiries are treated confidentially.

Enquire with Legal WealthFrequently asked questions
How do I contact Legal Wealth?
By email at info@legalwealthglobal.com. Please include a short description of your objectives and preferred language, and we will respond to arrange a confidential consultation.
Which languages do you work in?
We serve clients in 21 languages. Let us know your preferred language when you first contact us.
Do you provide tax or legal opinions?
Where formal opinions are required, they are provided by licensed advisers in the relevant jurisdictions, whom we coordinate on the client's behalf.
Why do you carry out due diligence on clients?
Because compliant planning starts with us. Our own checks protect clients, the authorities and institutions they will deal with, and the integrity of the programmes and licences we advise on.
How are fees structured?
Fees are agreed in a written engagement letter before work begins and depend on the scope and complexity of the mandate. Government and third-party fees are shown separately.
Is there anything you will not do?
Yes. We do not assist with arrangements designed to conceal assets from tax authorities, circumvent sanctions or misrepresent information to governments or banks, and we decline mandates where the source of funds cannot be documented. Approval decisions always rest with the relevant authority.
